The Traveling Stylist was born in the Bay area in 2007 with only 1 stylist/owner. As our name indicates, we travel on-location all over (mostly Northern) California. As a woman who is biracial, it was very important to me that I really studied hair and skin for women of color and a variety of ethnic backgrounds. Having our roots in San Francisco, this provided countless opportunities to work with a variety of women. Heather Camp was my first assistant and, as our business quickly grew, so did her role, as she is now our Master Stylist. Today, we have grown to a team of 9 amazingly talented stylists and assistants who are sprinkled across the Bay, Davis and Sacramento area.
